Huge match advertised for new PPV called WWE Stomping Grounds

As we wrote about earlier, the Backlash pay-per-view has been replaced by a new show called WWE Stomping Grounds.

The Tacoma Dome in Washington is advertising Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns as the top match for the show. This lines up with what was previously advertised for the Backlash pay-per-view so this appears to be the actual plan for June. Of course, the card is always subject to change.

They are also advertising a big six-man tag team match for Monday Night Raw after the pay-per-view which will also take place at the Tacoma Dome.

According to the ad, it will be AJ Styles teaming with Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman against Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley. That will likely be a dark match and there’s a good chance that match will change between now and June.

WWE Stomping Grounds is set for Sunday, June 23rd and will air live on the WWE Network.
