As we’ve noted here on the site, Hogan’s Beach House will be opening a new location in Orlando and they have meet and greets scheduled for WrestleMania weekend. Obviously, they are looking to capitalize on the influx of wrestling fans that will be there for Mania and other wrestling-related events going on in the area.
Hulk Hogan, apparently in response to fan tweets, said that he has no plans to be at WrestleMania 33. Obviously, if there are plans (and people in WWE do believe that he will be there), he would not want to spoil the surprise. Hogan’s daughter Brooke confirmed to TMZ several months ago that her father and WWE were in talks but Hulk quickly tried to downplay that story.
The feeling in WWE was that he would be brought back (likely for special appearances and ambassador work) once the Gawker scandal died down and Triple H has said publicly that they wanted to bring him back but the company needed to wait until the timing was right. Hogan’s tweet regarding WrestleMania is below.
Maniacs I have no plans to be at WM33,I will be at Hogans Beach Shop Orlando on International Dr,March 29/April 3D-? See u at HBS! BrotherHH
