Hulk Hogan Has Been Discussed For Future WWE Appearances

WWE fans could see more of Hulk Hogan on television in the near future after having had a limited role with the company in recent years.

Hogan’s last live appearance on WWE TV was last January, when the company celebrated 40 years of Hulkamania in WWE with footage of Hogan defeating The Iron Sheik in 1984. Hogan cut a promo about the current stars and teased a Royal Rumble appearance by stating, “I might have one left in me.”

He was at Raw’s 30 year celebration the year prior. Hogan appeared in an advertisement for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event later this month during this week’s SmackDown.

Fightful Select reports, “Hogan has been discussed for some upcoming appearances with the company.” There’s no word yet on specific dates. Hogan’s Real American Beer was spotted on a new ring mat for WWE that has several sponsors and is expected to be used in the coming weeks.

A source stated they’d be surprised if Jesse Ventura would be on the same show as Hogan for Saturday Night’s Main Event if that were the case due to Ventura’s heat with Hogan.

They have heat because Ventura tried to get WWE wrestlers to unionize in 1986, before WrestleMania 2. However, before he could convince the wrestlers to get on board, Hogan went behind his back to Vince McMahon to tell him what Ventura was planning.
