Hulk Hogan has spilled the beans on when he will return to WWE television.
“There are a lot of plans in the works,” Hogan told the Orlando Sentinel. “I’m looking forward to going to Saudi Arabia with the WWE, looking forward to WrestleMania — but yeah, we’re moving forward at a rapid pace. It’s exciting to have this opportunity again after all these years where I was there and gone.”
If you have been following the stories about WWE’s relationship with Saudi Arabia then this is not a surprise to you. There was a request for Hogan to appear at the Greatest Royal Rumble in April but a deal was not reached at that time.
There’s no word what Hogan’s role will be on the show but it’s highly unlikely that he will wrestle again due to his back issues. My guess is that he will be the person presenting the World Cup trophy at the end of the night.
Hogan, Scott Hall, and Kevin Nash will reunite this Saturday for the “2 Sweet: the nWo Reuion.” There will be a question and answer session at Mango’s Tropical Cafe in Orlando. There will also be an autograph signing and photo ops at Hogan’s Beach Shop in Orlando.
