Hulk Hogan’s “Sex Tape” trial against Gawker.com postponed

Hulk Hogan’s “Sex Tape” trial was scheduled to begin this coming Monday, July 6th, but those plans have changed.

For those unaware, Hogan is suing Gawker.com for posting a clip of the sex tape where Hogan had sex with Heather Clem, then-wife of his friend Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem.

The trial has been delayed by three judges at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal, stating that the trial date was set too quickly after the pleadings in the case. They also stated that the court docket was already full. No new trial date has been set yet.

It should be noted that Hogan settled with Heather Clem earlier this week.
