There is positive news regarding the status of Chad Gable, who has been sidelined for some time due to an injury. PWInsiderElite.com is reporting that the Raw star is expected to return to action “fairly soon.”
According to the report, Gable has been out of action following shoulder surgery. However, his recovery appears to be progressing well, and a return could be imminent.
“We are told there are some who expect Gable back as soon as next week’s Raw in Brooklyn, NY,” the report stated.
Gable has reportedly been working towards getting cleared for in-ring competition. PWInsider noted that he “has been to the WWE Performance Center several times in recent months” as part of that process.
Gable had been a featured member of the Raw roster before being sidelined with the injury, and his return would add depth to the brand. As of now, there is no official confirmation from WWE regarding his specific return date, but the backstage expectation is that he will be back in the mix shortly.
