Injured WWE Star Receiving Stem Cell Therapy

WWE is without one of its stars due to an injury, but that isn’t stopping the talent from doing everything they can to get back to work as soon as possible.

Ivar confirmed earlier this year that he’s sidelined with a legitimate injury. Andrew Sports Medicine noted on X that Ivar is working with them to overcome a spinal injury.

He was originally slated to face Tyler Bate on WWE Speed and a triple-threat match on WWE NXT the following week before being sidelined. This was after there had been speculation that he was given time off before Fightful reported that it was a legitimate injury.

Ivar was written off television when he was attacked backstage by members of the faction Gallus. He was pulled from WWE’s plans soon after.

Ivar took to his Instagram to share that he was undergoing stem cell treatment to further help the healing process. He captioned the post, “Day 2 at @rejuvstem !!! What an amazing team, all working hard to get me healthy. 100 million stem cells yesterday, another 100 million today all thru IV. And 5 billion exosomes. Hyperbaric chamber. And more to come!!!”

His tag team partner, Erik, has been sidelined since October before getting successful neck fusion surgery the following month. We wish both of them a speedy recovery.
