Injured WWE Star Shares Training Footage

WWE is getting closer to having one star make their return to in-ring action.

Dakota Kai went down with a tear in her meniscus in August, with the expected return timetable being eight to ten weeks on the sidelines as a result. It was reported there was a lot of sympathy for her as she is well-liked and respected.

This latest injury comes after Kai returned to the ring months after she was sidelined for nearly a year when she tore her ACL in May 2023. Now, she has shared training footage.

The WWE star recently took to her Instagram stories to share the training footage, as seen below.

We wish her a speedy recovery.
