There was a title change during Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown as Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode won the Tag Team Titles when they beat The Street Profits.
Following the contest, WWE sent out a post on Instagram, which got a response from Erik and Ivar of The Viking Raiders, who decided to tease their return from injuries.
Ivar posted three eye emojis while Erik reacted with thinking emojis.
The former WWE Raw Tag Team Champions have been out of action for several months. Ivar underwent neck surgery back in September while Erik had surgery on his arm a month later.
Erick decided to have elective surgery to get hardware removed from his arm, which was something that he had delayed in doing because the belief was his tag team partner would be out of action for a significant amount of time.
For those who are wondering, The Viking Raiders were drafted to Raw during the 2020 WWE Draft back in October. However, with them being out of action, it’s possible that WWE will just move them to SmackDown should they want to do so.
