AJ Styles took to Twitter to deny reports that he had a hernia. Styles was off the weekend live events but was back on SmackDown Live.
Dave Meltzer was the first to report about the hernia, and the report comes directly from WWE’s internal injury report. On Monday, the injury report said he had a hernia and then on Tuesday when he was cleared, the report listed him as having injuries to the “shoulder/abdominal.”
Styles is another guy to look out for as his contract is due to expire in April. He recently denied a report claiming he signed a new deal to stay with WWE.
He is friends with several people in All Elite Wrestling so it would make sense for him to see what’s out there even if he ultimately decides to stay with WWE.
