On this week’s episode of “The DDP Snake Pit,” Diamond Dallas Page and Jake Roberts discuss the passing of Mike Graham and what Jake Roberts said at the funeral of Sherri Martel.
DDP talking about the reaction Jake Roberts had when Mike Graham killed himself:
“That night, right before we were coming down (to start filming ‘The Resurrection of Jake the Snake’), Michael Graham killed himself,” DDP said.
Dallas Page continued, “Jake, to tell you how f*cked up his state of mind was back then, said, ‘Why couldn’t it have been me?'”
Jake Roberts then went on to talk about attending the funeral of Sherri Martel:
“I was so far down that I would get angry when I would hear someone else had died,” Roberts said.
“I went to Sherri Martel’s funeral. Sherri and I had a long, long history. They asked me to say a few words. I got up there and I said, ‘Sherri, I thought we were friends and you left me behind. F*ck you.'”
