Sinn Bodhi provided some updates on the condition and recovery process of the double pneumonia ridden WWE Legend Jake The Snake Roberts in an interview on The Turnbuckle Weekly. Bodhi goes quite in-depth on the whole situation so it is definitely worth a listen, but the major point is that the recovery is going well.
By the end of the week Jake should be out of intensive care, but still kept under observation. Speaking personally as someone who has suffered from pneumonia multiple times throughout life, that is actually a normal procedure. They don’t want to send Jake home until the doctors are absolutely positive that the sickness is gone and that Jake can recover by himself at home. Pneumonia is a very annoying condition that can come back even if it’s looking like it’s disappearing. Jake seems to have gone to the worst of it though and should be fine.
Bodhi also discussed other topics ranging from squashing the possibility that Jake was drinking again, a mass that they found on his brain, and what fans can do to help.
