TMZ has a story up today on Jerry “The King” Lawler wrestling for an independent show in Queens, New York this past weekend for JCW Pro Wrestling.
The story noted that he’s in very good shape and even hit a nice dropkick in the match. They have a clip of the match. Lawler is saying that he does not have plans to retire soon and is booked for shows this summer.
WWE has decided to keep him out of their rings because of safety concerns following his heart attack during a Raw show in 2012.
