Jesse Ventura Signs WWE Legends Deal

Jesse Ventura has officially signed a WWE Legends deal.

The WWE Hall of Famer had noted in a recent appearance on Insight With Chris Van Vliet that he was about to sign a legends deal with WWE, something that has been in the works for the last few months. Ventura revealed earlier this year he was talking with WWE again now that Vince McMahon is gone.

“The Body” has been on good and bad terms with the company for years, but with Triple H in charge, things have changed.  The iconic wrestler made a name for himself as a wrestler before becoming an announcer for WWE.

Ventura famously tried to get WWE wrestlers to unionize in 1986, before WrestleMania 2. As a result, he had a legal battle with the former chairman.

In an announcement made today on his Substack, the legendary name stated the deal is done and thinks it’s only right that he finishes up where he started, back in wrestling. He added that  there’s even more “bigger and better stuff waiting to happen.”

With Saturday Night’s Main Event returning in December, it would be cool to see him be part of the iconic event that he was part of for years.
