Je’Von Evans Got The Biggest Win Of His Career During WWE SmackDown

Je’Von Evans defeated The Miz on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown. During the broadcast, commentator Michael Cole described the victory as the “biggest win of Je’Von’s career.”

The match opened with a lock-up, followed by a side headlock and shoulder tackle from The Miz. After The Miz taunted his opponent, Evans responded with a monkey flip, a dropkick, and a springboard headscissors takedown that sent The Miz to the floor.

Outside the ring, The Miz avoided a baseball slide and delivered a knee strike. Following an Asai Moonsault from Evans, The Miz connected with a thrust kick and threw Evans into the ring post, hyper-extending his arm. Back inside the ring, The Miz focused his offense on the arm with a springboard double sledge and an armbar.

Evans attempted a comeback with a sunset flip and several kicks, securing a near fall. The Miz regained control with a slam and executed a Five Knuckle Shuffle. He attempted an Attitude Adjustment, but Evans landed on his feet, sent The Miz to the floor, and followed up with a plancha.

In the closing sequence, The Miz caught Evans during a double jump cutter attempt. Evans rolled through for a two-count before successfully hitting the double jump cutter to secure the pinfall.
