WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has posted a new blog entry over at his website where he gives his thoughts on various topics. During the blog, Ross commented on WWE being interested in UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. “McGregor is the “King of the World” right now and would likely be on top of WWE’s ‘hit list’ to be a future Wrestlemania celeb participant,” Ross said. Ross thinks that McGregor would likely cost WWE “Tyson Money” to get the deal done but thinks that it’s obvious that McGregor is a businessman who covets big money for his services. “Nothing wrong with that by the way, Plus, Conor sells tickets and PPV’s,” Ross said.
Monday’s episode of RAW is the go-home show for the Survivor Series pay-per-view event, which will feature Brock Lesnar and Goldberg, who will face each other at Survivor Series. Ross thinks that it will be a huge episode of RAW and is anxious to see where WWE places these the three talents on the show. “It seems like it could easily go on last as it should certainly hold the audience or so I think. If it can’t hold the audience, there is a problem, right? ” Ross said.
