Jim Ross thinks CM Punk is probably done with WWE; major details of The Undertaker-Brock Lesnar match coming this week

Jim Ross sat down with Wade Keller and Bruce Mitchell on the latest Pro Wrestling Torch podcast and discussed a ton of things in the 4 hour conversation.

Ross gave some thoughts on CM Punk. He said that he thinks that CM Punk is probably done with WWE. He did say that he hopes he’s wrong and he’s a big fan of Punk’s work and as a human being. Ross said that he knows Punk was emotionally and mentally burnt out and his body was banged up.

One of the main things talked about was the finish to The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar match at WrestleMania XXX.

Ross said that the Shawn Michaels podcast will air this coming week and Shawn was backstage with Triple H and Vince McMahon as the match was going on. Shawn talks about everyone’s reactions when the finish happened and Ross reveals that Shawn also did not know what the finish of the match was beforehand and did not think Undertaker was going to lose. Ross said that this is an interview that everyone will be quoting and talking about when it airs. He also said

There’s more to the story that has been reported and a lot that has been reported that is not accurate and Ross said that you can count on one hand how many people knew the finish beforehand.
