Jimmy Uso Is Returning To WWE TV ‘Soon’

The Usos’ father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, continues to be vocal about how WWE is booking his son, Jey Uso, something he recently addressed.

While on his Off the Top podcast, Rikishi said it struck a nerve with him that Jey didn’t win Money in the Bank. He has also pushed the fans to rally behind Jey to get him a title shot. In recent weeks, WWE has been doing a romance angle with Uso and Rhea Ripley, something Rikishi isn’t a fan of, and questioned why Jey wasn’t on the SummerSlam card.

Rikishi said, “Summerslam, where’s Yeet (Jey Uso) at? ‘I don’t know. Let’s write him in that he likes Mami.’ Mami? That’s the best that those writers got? Let’s write this guy into a relationship with Mami? What are you trying to do—break his marriage up? Y’all can’t put him in a good storyline, so what you gonna do now? God forbid you guys try to tell him, or tell her, ‘Tongue ki** each other on Raw.’ Sh**. That better not happen.”

While speaking on The Ringer Wrestling Show, Jey was asked about his father’s criticism.

Jey said, “He just said what he said about my creative. I’m like, ‘Dad. Just watch the show. Let me work, Dad. Let me go out and work, enjoy the show. Make your rap track.’ That’s pops, though. Shoutout to my dad. Yeah, sometimes he’ll cross it.”

Also during the interview, Jey said that his brother Jimmy will be back on WWE TV “Soon.”
