Jimmy Uso caught a break for his disorderly conduct case after it was alleged that he tried to “square up” with police last month when his wife Naomi was stopped from driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
You may recall that police said the car smelled like alcohol so Naomi was asked to step out of the car but Jimmy tried to prevent her from leaving. Police say Naomi eventually got out but Jimmy also got out and acted as if he was about to fight the police officer so he was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
TMZ reports that Jimmy’s attorney, John Freeman, struck a deal with the prosecutors for Jimmy to plead no contest to interfering with a government employee. In exchange for the no contest plea, he was ordered to pay $450 in fines.
It’s great news for him because if no deal was reached then he would have faced jail time if he was convicted of disorderly conduct.
Naomi was not arrested or charged with a crime.
