Andrew Zarian from the Man Men Podcast tweeted that there are more big returns expected soon now that WWE has fans back at all of their live events.
As noted earlier, John Cena returned at the end of the WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view to confront Roman Reigns and it will be Cena vs. Reigns for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam.
WWE also set up Seth Rollins vs. Edge for SummerSlam and there are more big matches that will be announced this coming week. WrestlingNews.co was told that the creative end of things should be better now that fans are back and some things were held back during the ThunderDome era. Fans can expect more mega shows going forward as they look to bring some fans back to their product.
On Monday Night Raw, it is expected that Bobby Lashley’s match will be set up. Click here for spoiler news on who will be Lashley’s opponent at SummerSlam.
For what it’s worth, Becky Lynch was backstage at SmackDown and at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view so she is traveling with her husband and the crew so there’s a good chance that she will be back on WWE TV either at Raw or SmackDown.
