John Cena is hyping that it will be a big night in Boston tonight when he makes his final WWE appearance in his home state.
Cena only has four more stops on his retirement tour, and one of those will come tonight when he appears on WWE Raw at the TD Garden in Boston. Rumors are flying around that Cena will be challenging Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental title on the episode. As of now, all that WWE has confirmed regarding Cena’s plans is that he’ll be opening the show.
“RAW. BOSTON. ONE LAST TIME,” Cena tweeted this afternoon. “If you can be @TDGarden tonight… GO. If you’re watching at home… do not miss one moment of it on @netflix. THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE TO SEE!”
Cena’s Retirement Tour Continues
Cena has tonight, next week’s Raw at Madison Square Garden, Survivor Series: WarGames on November 29, and Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13 remaining on his WWE calendar.
WWE is running a 16-man tournament to decide who his final opponent will be. Two opening round matches in the ‘Last Time is Now’ Tournament are scheduled to take place on tonight’s Raw, with Sheamus facing Shinsuke Nakamura and Damian Priest taking on Rusev.
