It’s been a few months since fans last saw Kairi Sane on WWE television as she has moved back to Japan after being written out of storylines.
On Friday, Sane shared two posts on her Twitter account in which she announced that she would be the "new WWE promotion supporter in Japan." She also noted that she will continue to train.
The first post read (translated), “(the report) This is Kairi Sane from WWE. I will report on future activities. In addition to continuing to belong as a player, I have been given the role of a new WWE promotion supporter in Japan and will resume activities based in Japan. Thank you for your continued support.”
She followed up with, “Greeting from Japan!! WWE Superstar Kairi Sane here. I have moved back to Japan and will still train and support WWE from here.”
Sane ended her tenure with WWE in America on good terms back in July. As noted, the reason she left the United States was due to her wanting to live in Japan full-time with her husband as the couple was married earlier this year.
At the time, it was reported that WWE pitched many ideas to her in order for her to stay under contract with the company including being a possible ambassador or a trainer.
