Former WWE personality Kayla Braxton (Kayla Becker) has publicly accused wrestling talent agent Nick LoPiccolo of “ghosting” her after she left the company. LoPiccolo’s client roster includes Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Ray Lewis, Sean Avery, Amanda Serrano, Zhang Weili, Jorge Masvidal, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Jade Cargill, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, and more than a dozen WWE Superstars. He left Paradigm last month. Since then, he has been critical of AEW President Tony Khan.
Responding to a post critical of LoPiccolo, Braxton detailed her professional relationship with the agent. She claimed that after helping him sign multiple WWE talents, he failed to uphold his end of the agreement once she departed the promotion.
“He signed me while I was at WWE. I helped him sign several WWE talent by making introductions. He promised to help me out for helping him,” Braxton wrote. “I depended on him after I left WWE … he ghosted me. Haven’t heard from him since. So… if that says anything about the kind of guy he is.”
‘The Least Shocking Thing Ever’
Sports Illustrated’s Jon Alba responded to Braxton’s post, validating her experience. “This is the absolute least shocking thing ever, and I’m sorry you dealt with that,” Alba wrote.
LoPiccolo immediately fired back, targeting Alba and the recent Sports Illustrated wrestling awards, which saw AEW win multiple honors. “No Jon, the least shocking thing ever is you giving 10 awards for clout,” LoPiccolo retorted.
LoPiccolo Responds
Addressing Braxton’s claims directly, LoPiccolo confirmed he had seen the post but stated he would handle the matter offline. “Yes I saw the post. I made contact privately to address this directly. I won’t be engaging further on here, but I’m not dodging or ducking anything, or pretending like the post doesn’t exist,” he wrote.
He later defended his reputation, dismissing the idea that he is known for ignoring people while taking shots at AEW’s work rate and wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer.
“If that were my reputation, ghosting? You guys wish I would shut my phone off or stop engaging on… everything,” LoPiccolo added. “That’s like accusing AEW talent of having bad workrate. Or accusing Dave Meltzer of being a journalist. No one would.”
