Kevin Nash Believes Triple H Should Have Been The Only WWE Hall Of Fame Inductee This Year

Kevin Nash voiced his opinion on the structure and length of the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony during WrestleMania 41 weekend, arguing on his “Kliq This” podcast that Paul “Triple H” Levesque deserved to be the night’s only individual inductee. Citing the ceremony’s late finish, Nash felt Levesque’s induction warranted singular focus. “If you’re going to put somebody like Triple H in the Hall of Fame, he’s the only one that goes in,” Nash stated plainly.

He justified this stance by highlighting the immense scope of Triple H’s career and contributions. “His career alone is, is gigantic, like one of the top 10 of all time,” Nash assessed, also praising his friend’s in-ring ability: “…one of the top four All time in making people look better in the ring.” Despite their long friendship, Nash admitted he was captivated by Triple H’s speech, saying, “A lot of people were just like, Jesus Christ Paul went over, I’m like, f**king I was absolutely enthralled… I didn’t know a lot of the f**king pieces of that story.”

Nash also acknowledged the sensitive nature of Levesque’s speech, particularly when addressing his complex relationship with Vince McMahon. “…you know how f**king thin the ice is on the Great Lakes, and you got to fucking keep walking and tell the f**king what you what you need to about the relationship with you and Vince…” Nash felt the weight and significance of Triple H’s induction made it “a night upon its own,” deserving undivided attention.
