Kevin Nash On Logan Paul: “He Could In Time Carry That F—ing Company”

While WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash was critical of the overall presentation of the recent WWE Clash in Paris premium live event, he had high praise for the performance of Logan Paul in his co-main event match against John Cena. Nash stated that Paul was “f—ing great,” that he “carried” the match, and that his “stock went up 300%” in his eyes.

Logan Paul’s transition from social media influencer to a legit WWE Superstar has been a surprising one to see. Despite his limited number of matches, he has consistently delivered high-quality performances on WWE’s biggest stages, and his match with John Cena in Paris appears to be no exception in the eyes of Kevin Nash.

On his Kliq This podcast, Nash was asked by his co-host Sean Oliver for his thoughts on the Clash in Paris event. After criticizing the slow pace of the opening of the show and the long Roman Reigns entrance, he singled out the co-main event as the saving grace, thanks in large part to the performance of Logan Paul.

“You know why? Because Logan Paul is fucking great… Logan Paul did all the athleticism. Logan Paul brought the fight to John. Logan Paul could, in time, carry that fucking company.” Nash was so impressed with Paul’s performance that he believes his stock rose significantly that night. He also praised John Cena’s ability as a “master” of selling and creating dramatic false finishes, which he believes helped elevate the match even further.

“I could see John fucking talking to him. I could see John calling shit throughout that fucking match to him. I’ve worked with John. I know how John works… To me, that, like I watched that, and it was that made it everything else I had to put up with that night, with the chanting and fucking all the bullshit, it was like it wasn’t a fucking shit finish… His fucking stock went up 300%.”
