Kevin Owens requests song from popular country music artist

Kevin Owens plans on seeing Shania Twain next week and he really wants her to play his favorite song. In fact, after Kevin was fired he changed his Twitter handle back to his real name “Kevin Steen.” But that caused an issue with Twitter so he lost his verification checkmark.

A little while later, KO got his blue checkmark back but he stated in his profile description that the only reason he got his account changed back to a verified status was that he had intentions of requesting a song from Shania Twain and he wanted to make sure she saw it.

Kevin tweeted out: “Hello, Shania Twain I’m Kevin. I’m a WWE wrestler and fellow Canadian. I had quite a rough couple of days. I was thrown off a very tall ladder by an awful man. I’m really hurting.. What would make me feel better is hearing you sing “When” at your concert in Montreal tonight.”

He followed it up by saying: “By the way, I’m sorry that my tweet will now probably get you bombarded all day by WWE fans asking you to play “When” tonight but my awesome wife surprised me with tickets for your concert and I really want to hear it live. It’s my favourite.”

As it turns out, the Shania Twain concert in Montreal is actually next week. It also looks like Kevin Owens has since deleted his tweets but still has hope to hearing “When” eventually.
