King Maxel Hardy makes WWE debut at Starrcade
Impact Wrestling saw Young King Maxel featured a lot and some would say without a contract as well which is interesting…however that story is apparently still developing (although it’s at a creeping pace by now). But since Matt and Jeff Hardy returned at WrestleMania 33, Young King Maxel hasn’t been featured on WWE television at all.
Although it won’t air on the WWE Network, Young King Maxel made his long-awaited WWE debut at Starrcade. The proud papa Hardy brought out his young squire to a delighted packed house full of passionate wrestling fans. It was a pretty cool moment which was captured by an incredible photo Matt Hardy shared via Twitter.
Hardy said his oldest son was his temporary tag team partner since Jeff Hardy is out of action. In all honesty, this pairing might become legit as soon as WWE signs Maxel to a contract when he’s old enough. Because there’s no doubt someone like King Maxel has a pretty good place to start if he wants to become a WWE Superstar when he gets older. After all, Maxel and Wolfgang might very well become a future Hardy Boyz 2.0 team in a couple decades because WWE likes planning for the future.
Now that Maxel’s WWE debut is out of the way who knows where he’ll pop up next? Now it’s just a matter of securing the rights to the Broken Universe so Young King Maxel can truly take back his throne on a weekly basis.
My temporary tag team partner while my brother is out with an injury… King Maxel! He started tonight in Greensboro at @WWE #Starrcade.
