Kurt Angle comments on his WWE Hall of Fame induction, Sheamus update

- 2017 WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently posted a blog on his website about being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by John Cena this weekend in Orlando, FL. Angle said that he is very honored that his career has taken to him incredible heights and that the WWE Universe will be celebrating it with him. He said that it was never his goal to be inducted into the Hall of Fame but noted that he is proud that he will be included among the greatest names in history.

“To be honest, my induction isn't about me. It's about the millions of fans I have entertained over the years. It's about YOU. If it weren't for all of you, I wouldn't be celebrating this huge honor on Friday. I want to thank you for supporting me through the years. And when I give my speech on Friday, I want every WWE/Kurt Angle fan to know how grateful I am for this incredible night. YOU are the reason my name will be in the history books for eternity.” He said that he is glad that he was able to entertain the fans and whether they loved or hated him, he is very thankful that he had that connection with the fans.

- As we noted earlier on the site, Sheamus needed 15 stitches to close a wound suffered during a ladder attack on this week's RAW. He posted this update on Twitter:
