Last month, WWE Hal Of Famer Kurt Angle was put on a forced “vacation” from his duties as Raw General Manager by Stephanie McMahon.
McMahon was upset that Angle allowed the newly-crowned Raw Women’s Champion, Ronda Rousey, to attack her during a congratulatory ceremony. For the past several weeks on Raw, Baro Corbin has been serving as acting General Manager of Monday nights. Angle recently took to his Instagram to further the storyline and offer an update.
He said that he has yet to hear anything in regards to his “vacation” and doesn’t know if he’ll ever be back. Recently, PWInsider reported that Angle is training very hard for his in-ring return with WWE. it’s unknown who Angle will be facing, but it will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for him when he gets back:
“The same people that I started my career with in WWE, are the same people that have driven me away from WWE. I have not heard a word on when my “vacation” would end. I’m starting to wander if I’m ever coming back.”
