WWE Hall of Famer and former WWE Champion Kurt Angle took part in a Q&A session on his Facebook page and during it, he talked about a wide range of topics.
This includes his take on Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff ‘s new WWE roles. Heyman has been named the Executive Director of Raw. He will oversee the creative development of Raw.
Bischoff will serve as the Executive Director of SmackDown Live as he will oversee creative and work with FOX once the show moves to the network this fall. Both men will report directly to WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon.
Angle responded to a fan who was asking if he’s looking forward to working with them by writing, “Yes. They’re both very talented. It will help the company quite a bit.”
At the WrestleMania 35 pay-per-view event in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium on the WWE Network, Angle lost to Baron Corbin in his farewell match. Since then, Angle has made the transition to being a backstage agent for the company.
