Kurt Angle thinks John Cena is the most consistent and greatest WWE star of all-time

WWE Hall of Famer and former Monday Night Raw General Manager Kurt Angle gave some high praise to John Cena in a recent social media post.

The kind words were written by the legendary pro wrestler when he wished Cena a happy belated birthday as Cena turned 42 on April 23rd. In the post, he called Cena “the most consistent, and the Greatest WWE Superstar of all-time.”

He wrote the following on his official Instagram account:

“17 years ago, I recall when a young John Cena took WWE by storm. Even then, John pushed me to my limit. I absolutely Loved stepping into the ring with him. John has been able to stay healthy (for the most part) and dominate WWE for 17 years, which is unheard of, and nearly impossible. For that reason, He will go down in history as the most consistent, and the Greatest WWE Superstar of all time. Happy belated birthday John. You earned my respect the first time we locked horns. #itstrue #wwe #wrestling #wordlife #rappercena.”

In the past, Angle expressed his hope that he would’ve had one more match with Cena, who made his main roster in-ring debut against Angle back in 2002 on an episode of SmackDown. That didn’t happen as Angle lost his retirement match to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35.
