LA Knight Was Involved In A Car Accident Hours Before Working WWE Event

LA Knight shared some scary news with the fans who attended Saturday’s WWE house show in Baltimore.

Knight is still in the hunt to reclaim the United States Title, which he lost to Shinsuke Nakamura in a key match last month at the Survivor Series: WarGames premium live event. He has been working his way back to getting a title shot since then.

Knight worked Santos Escobar in the opening bout at this house show. Before the bout, Knight revealed that he had a minor car accident while traveling to the show. He cut a babyface promo about knowing he had to make the town and giving Escobar a beatdown.

Other top bouts on the card included Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan going over IYO SKY, Bron Breakker beating Sami Zayn to retain the Intercontinental Title over Sami Zayn in a 2-out-of-3 Falls bout, CM Punk & Rey Mysterio defeating The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston), and Seth Rollins defeating Dominik Mysterio.

The main event was GUNTHER retaining the World Title over Damian Priest in a steel cage match.
