Lana updated fans today on her status of her wrist injury. She went in for surgery today. Lana suffered a broken wrist on 9/6 while training in the ring before a show in Fairfax, VA. WWE doctor Chris Amann noted that she suffered a Colles fracture and the injury made her wrist look deformed. It’s expected that this injury will keep her out of the in-ring action, if that was the plan, for four months. I wouldn’t be shocked if she was back on TV on Monday in a non-physical role.
We wish her a speedy and full recovery.

In an update, the following was posted on WWE.com:
“Lana underwent open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) of a left distal radius fracture with a volar plate,” Dr. Chris Amann told WWE.com. “The fracture was stabilized and returned to its normal anatomic position during the surgery using the volar plate and screws. Lana did very well without any complications and is expected to make a full recovery.”
