An update on Lars Sullivan’s recent injury has surfaced but it’s not good news for the Monday Night Raw star. As noted, last week it was reported that Sullivan is suffering from a knee injury. It was added that it’s much worse than originally believed.
In an update, Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he did undergo an MRI this week at TV and the only word coming out of WWE is that he could be out for 6-9 months. This would mean that he could be back in December or around WrestleMania 36 season.
Sullivan was originally scheduled to face Matt Hardy on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live in Sacramento, CA at the Golden 1 Center, but the match was nixed. He was last seen in action when he beat The Lucha House Party on last Monday’s episode of Raw in a rematch from their 3-on-1 Handicap Match at WWE Super ShowDown.
