Lex Luger To Be Inducted Into 2025 WWE Hall Of Fame

Lex Luger is slated to enter the WWE Hall of Fame for the 2025 class. WWE announced the news on Friday, sharing a clip of Cody Rhodes telling Luger about the news.

Luger’s 1995 departure from WWE to WCW, famously kept secret from Vince McMahon at Eric Bischoff’s urging, culminated in his surprise appearance on the debut episode of WCW Monday Nitro. Despite this, Luger has maintained a relationship with WWE as an ambassador.

Luger, a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion, is considered a Hall-of-Fame-caliber talent. He has publicly expressed his desire for a WWE Hall of Fame induction, stating it would be a “huge honor.” Luger has also previously voiced his uncertainty as to why he has not yet been inducted.

Paul “Triple H” Levesque will headline the class, which also includes Michelle McCool. The ceremony is scheduled for WrestleMania 41 weekend and will be available for streaming on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix in most international markets.
