The WWE Performance Center is jam-packed at this point. With so many outstanding and talented individuals on their way to NXT and climbing up the ranks, it leaves little room for new faces when so many people we already know are immediately featured like EC3, Ricochet, and War Raiders.
Lio Rush is incredibly young and talented as well. He might be cocky but he can back it up in the ring. The 23-year-old Superstar hasn't really been featured on NXT television just yet but as he waits it looks like Rush is preparing himself to grab the brass ring when his time comes.
Rush might have experienced a bit of a backstage setback when he commented on Tenille Dashwood fka Emma's WWE release but it looks like time heals all wounds in that regard and he's getting a second chance.
"Let's cut straight to the chase, shall we? Lio Rush is the best thing that's ever happened to NXT. I've just been in the back," Rush said confidently in his cell phone promo. The former CZW Heavyweight Champion says he came to collect and it looks like if he can keep working the Florida house show circuit for NXT and keep it up there might be little holding him back from making a big impression soon enough.
