Liv Morgan Closing In On Milestone As WWE Women’s World Champion

Liv Morgan continues to have a strong 2024, during which she has elevated her stock as a top WWE star thanks to feuds with Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch.

Morgan returned from a long hiatus due to injury earlier this year in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match. The top star feuded with Lynch before going into a program with Ripley after WrestleMania 40. After Ripley was injured and vacated the Women’s World Title, Morgan went over Lynch to win the vacant Women’s World Title at the King and Queen of the Ring PLE.

Since then, she has continued her feud with Ripley as she went over Ripley in their grudge match to retain the title with the help of Dominik Mysterio at SummerSlam before Ripley and Damian Priest went over Morgan and Mysterio in a mixed tag team match at Bash in Berlin.

At Bad Blood, Ripley beat Morgan in a title match via DQ. They were part of the Women’s WarGames Match at Survivor Series, which saw the babyfaces that included Bianca Belair, Ripley, IYO SKY, Naomi, and Bayley go over. Morgan’s next defense as champion comes on December 14th against SKY at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Morgan is closing in on a milestone as the Women’s World Champion: 200 days as champ. She will reach the milestone on December 11th.
