Liv Morgan Had Custom Chicken Fingers Made For Dominik Mysterio When They Went To India

WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio gushed about his on-screen relationship with fellow WWE star Liv Morgan on today’s Busted Open Radio, calling their pairing “fantastic.” He highlighted her supportive nature, even in the face of her own setbacks at WrestleMania 41. “Yeah, it was a little rocky Sunday night because she lost her title, but she was super happy for me,” Dominik shared. “That’s what a supportive girl does, right?… 100% she backed me up on everything.”

Illustrating Morgan’s dedication, Mysterio recounted a story from a recent WWE trip to India, focusing on her efforts to cater to his notoriously picky eating habits. “She does, honestly, she does everything I want,” Dominik claimed. “We went to India and she had people make me custom chicken fingers.” He asked the hosts, “Have you guys ever been to India?… Did you guys ever eat like chicken fingers? Did you guys find chicken fingers?” He continued, explaining Morgan’s intervention: “Wherever I was, Liv made sure I had chicken fingers on deck for me. She’s like that. This man doesn’t eat anything else… No, my man needs just chicken fingers…Isn’t that insane?”

With both seemingly gold following WrestleMania weekend (Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez won the titles back on Raw), Dominik painted a picture of success for the pair. “And then here we are Monday we’re walking into our first Monday Night Raw, coming in as double champions,” he noted. “So, I mean, life is good.”

Dominik Mysterio Wants Family Name Pressure: ‘Give Me The Name… I’m Going To Take It To The Next Level’

Unlike some legacy wrestlers who try to distance themselves from their famous family names, Dominik Mysterio embraces his lineage as fuel, he explained on Busted Open Radio today. The new Intercontinental Champion discussed his perspective on carrying the Mysterio name and the expectations that come with it, welcoming the pressure. He suggested his upbringing influenced this: “…it’s a little bit of how I was raised. Being in a Latino household, you get pops at home, so I get disciplined by mom.” He contrasted his view with others: “Everyone always says, I want to do it on my own… I don’t want to be attached to the name,” Dominik observed. “Man, give me the name, and I’m going to show you what I’m going to do with it.”

He views leveraging the name not as relying on his father’s legacy, but as a challenge to elevate it further under his own identity. “People don’t. People don’t want that attachment, right, with the name, but I want it, give it to me,” he declared passionately. “I’m going to show you what I can do with it. So I feel like that’s… a little bit where I love a good challenge, man.”

His ultimate goal, he explained, is to redefine the name entirely through his own accomplishments. “I’m going to take it to the next level,” Mysterio vowed. “I’m going to take the name to where people don’t remember where the name came from. It’s going to come from me, right?” He feels embracing this challenge is part of his identity, concluding, “And I feel like that’s just, that’s, it’s what it is.”
