Liv Morgan To Make Televised In-Ring Return On WWE Monday Night Raw

Liv Morgan is officially set to make her televised in-ring return on this Monday’s episode of WWE Raw on Netflix. The show, which marks the one-year anniversary of the brand’s debut on the streaming platform, has been heavily promoted and will feature a tie-in with the Stranger Things series.

Morgan is scheduled to face Lyra Valkyria in a singles match, a bout that was previewed on three WWE live events over the past week. Morgan had been out of action since suffering a severe shoulder injury during a match against Kairi Sane on the June 16 episode of Raw, which required surgery.

She made a surprise appearance at Survivor Series in November, where she interfered to cost John Cena the Intercontinental Championship in his rematch against Dominik Mysterio. Monday’s contest will be her first televised match since the injury. She has been working house shows on the holiday tour.

Her opponent, Lyra Valkyria, is looking to secure her first singles victory on Raw since September. The match adds to a loaded card for the anniversary special.

The current lineup for Monday’s Raw includes CM Punk defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker, Maxxine Dupri defending the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch, and The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) defending the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY.
