Liv Morgan On The WWE Creative Direction Under Triple H: It’s A Very Happy, Open, Creative Atmosphere

Liv Morgan appeared on Rusic & Rose on The Big Show, where she discussed the WWE creative process changes now that Triple H is in charge while Vince McMahon is no longer with the company and more.

WWE’s business has taken off since the creative change happened two years ago. This includes all key metrics, including fan interest. 2024 has also been a strong year for Morgan, who is slated to defend the Women’s World Title against Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam.

Morgan said, “Working with Triple H has been amazing. I grew up a huge fan, but I never thought someone I idolized would one day be my boss and I’d be under his guidance and tutelage. He’s so helpful with any questions that I have or anything I’m thinking. He’s always open to listen and to help me out. I couldn’t be more grateful for that. I walk into work so excited every single week to see what kind of shenanigans we’re going to get into. It’s a very happy, open, creative atmosphere that I think all of my co-workers appreciate as well. It’s been nothing short of amazing and fun. So, I’m looking forward to showing up to work this Monday and seeing what we’re going to get into, so watch us.”

Morgan recalled watching WWE when she was five years old, and it was an escape for her as a child. She always hoped to make it to WWE one day, but she wasn’t sure whether it would come true. She is grateful for being able to live her dream and has “pinch me” moments every day because of how special it is.

Morgan added that she has felt so much growth since her first Women’s Title reign, as she didn’t know everything she thought she did then.
