Liv Morgan Returning To WWE TV Soon?

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan, currently on a brief hiatus to film a significant movie role, is expected to return to WWE programming sooner rather than later. Morgan requested time off from WWE Raw last week to travel to Japan for her starring role in the Neon productions film, “Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo.”

Despite her absence, reports indicate WWE does not plan to strip Morgan and her partner Raquel Rodriguez of the Women’s Tag Team Championship. According to Fightful Select, Morgan’s commitment to the film is not anticipated to result in a lengthy period away from the ring.

The current schedule has Morgan wrapping up her filming commitments on May 16th. She then reportedly plans to return to the United States on May 17th. While an exact date for her on-screen WWE television return has not been confirmed, this timeline means she will miss a minimum of one more episode of Raw.

This potentially positions the May 19th episode of WWE Raw as the earliest opportunity for her comeback, ensuring a quick return for one-half of the reigning tag team champions.
