Luke Harper wins the Intercontinental title on Raw

For those not following the ongoing Raw results, Luke Harper defeated Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental title on Raw. Ziggler was attacked by Jamie Noble, Joey Mercury, and Seth Rollins before the match but Ziggler still insisted on wrestling. Harper won with his clothesline lariat finisher.
