Another former WWE Superstar is moving into a new career as a stand up comedian.
Mark Henry told Australian TV show “The Project” that he recently did his first stand up routine at Caroline’s in New York City.
Henry said, “Most of the stuff I talk about I couldn’t talk about on the show because I’m an after midnight comic.”
Henry has not closed the door on stepping in the ring at least one more time but it’s clear that his full-time wrestling days are far behind him. He is very busy these days as a WWE ambassador and as a co-host on SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio.
As a stand-up comedian, Henry will be following the footsteps of other wrestlers who have done the same including Mick Foley, Dolph Ziggler and Rob Van Dam.
