Matt Hardy will appear on Raw this week for a No Holds Barred Match against Randy Orton so you can expect another burial this week.
WWE made another attempt to sign him about a week ago and he declined. This only adds to the speculation that he will be appearing on AEW Dynamite sometime next month as the exalted one (ie. leader of the Dark Order).
The belief is that WWE made him a generous offer but there were no promises made about giving him a better creative direction. The reason why WWE wants to keep him on board is to keep him away from AEW.
At this point, it doesn’t look like there’s much WWE can offer Matt at this stage of his life since he is financially set for life.
Matt Hardy’s contract expires on March 1st.
