Matt Hardy’s days in WWE could be coming to an end.
Hardy noted on Twitter that he has just 11 days on his contract. The tweet was in response to a fan after Hardy initially tweeted, “#TBT 2014 As both the @MCWWrestling & #ExtremeRising Champion, whilst working dozens of territories.

A fan accused him of making a passive-aggressive tweet but Hardy responded, “Not a threat at all, just a fact. I have 11 days left on my current deal. I love @WWE, but I’m 100% comfortable being outside the walls of pro wrestling’s “Alexandria” Safe-Zone. I’m a born SURVIVALIST.”

The tweet is interesting because it was reported last month that WWE was expecting to have The Hardys on board for at least another year. When they returned in 2017, they signed for two years with a one-year option.
It’s worth noting that Matt and Jeff Hardy are good friends with The Young Bucks. Hardy has lost a significant amount of weight and appears to be in the best shape of his life. Click here to see the recent video of Hardy.
