Matt Hardy seemingly comments on recent James Ellsworth allegations

As we’ve recently noted, a 16-year-old girl is claiming that former WWE star, James Ellsworth, sent her nude photographs on social media. The girl has posted several screenshots as well as direct messages with alleged female wrestlers who claim they, and other female talents, have had uncomfortable experiences with Ellsworth.

Ellsworth has since denied these allegations, and his attorney has provided an official statement saying as such. Now, WWE’s Matt Hardy seems to have commented on the matter. Hardy took to Twitter and posted a vague message about people being more accountable for their actions, especially online:

“Something to remember.. In 2018, everyone is much more accountable for their actions & decision making, especially online. It take seconds to make a decision that could takes years to recover from.”

It should be noted that Hardy also said he isn’t talking about any specific situation, as he meant to post this several days ago:

“Not even necessarily about one specific situation. I was going to post this a couple of days ago but didn’t get around to it. It goes for many different scenarios, for everyone to keep in mind.”
