Matt Hardy’s ShopMattHardy.com store will be closing up in a few days. They have announced that they will be running a blowout sale. So, for those of you interested in getting Hardy merchandise, visit ShopMattHardy.com. All existing orders and orders from the blowout sale (to be announced soon) will be fulfilled next week and then the store will shut down. Naturally, this has led to speculation that Hardy is indeed planning on going to WWE since contracted wrestler merchandise is sold through WWE’s official store. Actually, the real reason is because Reby Hardy, who has been fulfilling the orders, is a full-time mom and she is pregnant with baby number 2. She wrote, “Its been a lot of hard work doing things all on my own – shirt design, site design/orders, customer service, shipping, etc – but I am no longer able to run the shop in the way Matt’s fans deserve. I will likely revisit the idea after the new baby is here, but for now, it’s impossible to be @BABYHARDYBRAND’S Mommy, while making another kid; there are just too many sick/slow days to run properly.”
On an unrelated note, Matt and Jeff Hardy’s TNA deals expire in a few days and, as many of you know, WWE is interested. It will be interesting to see where they land in the next few weeks/months. TNA would be insane to not offer them a great deal to keep them.
