Matt Hardy is continuing to tease that a character change is coming.
Hardy made his return to WWE television last week and wrestled for the second straight week on Monday’s Raw episode in Greenville, SC at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena on the USA Network.
This week’s show saw him suffer a loss to Drew McIntyre in the first match of the night. After the show, Hardy took to his official Twitter account where he teased that the countdown to Arcadia has begun.
This comes at a critical time as Hardy’s WWE contract is reportedly up in late February of 2020 and the belief is that him re-signing with the company will come down to the creative direction that they have for him.

“Still in my #RAW slump, I’m sorry. MORE ATONEMENT APPARENTLY,” Hardy tweeted earlier, followed by another post where he wrote, “I know the slump & losses won’t last forever, my countdown to Arcadia has begun. I will show up & do my job. We’ll get past this together.”
“I’ve received so much love, support & sympathy tonight from the most vocal audience. Without you, there’s no me. THANK YOU ALL.”
