Matt Riddle calls out Brock Lesnar again

Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle

Once again, Matt Riddle is calling out Brock Lesnar.

Following the WWE Crown Jewel event, Riddle took the Twitter to send a message to the new Universal Champion. He said, "Thank you Brock for coming back and winning the universal title! You’re right where I need you bro and it’s gonna be that much sweeter when I retire you in a couple years."

This isn't the first time he's said similar things about Lesnar. Last year, he talked about Lesnar during a shoot interview with the Highspots Wrestling Network. Riddle said, "Even in MMA, I always set outrageous goals. But trying to achieve that outrageous goal, you usually achieve a plethora of other goals that are good enough."

Riddle added, "So, ultimate goal — and this is legit — I want to retire Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania."

Riddle said that before he signed with WWE so his goal seemed unlikely at the time. Anything is possible now that Riddle is signed to a WWE deal.

Here is what he said last week when he was interviewed by Ariel Helwani: "I want to retire Brock Lesnar. That’s the perfect world. Maybe Brock Lesnar, main event WrestleMania for the Universal Title, and if he loses he retires."
