Matt Riddle makes interesting comments about WWE main roster

Matt Riddle has taken the WWE by storm since deciding to sign with the company that later saw him start training at WWE’s training facility, Performance Center, in Orlando Florida and be placed in their developmental system, NXT.

The star of the yellow brand spoke with TMZ where he made some interesting comments about the state of both NXT and the main roster.

This is where he took some shots at the product that is being presented by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon on Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live. It all started when he was asked about if he’s thought about a potential run on the main roster.

“I think we’re just different. I know that’s the easy thing to say but I would say we’re different, we’re new, fresh and not the same kind of watered down child’s product that WWE’s kind of turned into a lot. So people watch us even though it’s scripted a lot of the time, it’s more real. It’s more believable.”

After thinking about the other day and wanting to be on the main roster, Riddle went in for the attack. “Maybe I’m thinking about it wrong because NXT is so hot. Maybe we should stay and try to build NXT. Make it bigger than RAW and SmackDown and just be like the big guy.”
